Diana received her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications from Southern Illinois University with a minor in Theater.

Much of her professional background is in public speaking, writing, performing, advertising, marketing and human resources. She has written scores of articles, newsletters and PR pieces for several non-profit organizations and served on the Executive Board of Directors of most of them. She ran a successful home-based business during her years as a stay-at-home mom.

She’s been a speech coach for political figures and successful business entrepreneurs. She’s an active member of Toastmasters International and has won first-place honors in district competitions. She has written and performed in award-winning local television and radio commercials.

Vandye pronounced Van’dee) Forrester is a Motivational Speaker and Top Management Communication Consultant. Forrester has advised Fortune 500 corporations for over a quarter of a century in public affairs, communication and government relations. He is also a Consultant and Instructor in Persuasive Speaking and Argumentation at UCLA and California State University. Forrester wrote the Total Quality Management program that won the first Deming Prize from the Japanese Government for an American corporation. He is the author of five books on rhetoric and eloquence.

He is the co-founder of the Forrester Institute for Communication Excellence and is winner of the World Championship of Speech writing awarded by the International Association of Business Communicators.
